We teach one biweekly 2-hour yoga class to adult women awaiting trial or serving short sentences (one year or less). The average length of stay at the jail is 18 days.

We offer one weekly two-hour yoga class to adult women of various security levels. We will be offering weekend yoga workshops in 2012.
